Illustrations Festival leitar að fulltrúa frá SÍM til að taka þátt í pallborðsumræðum í Form/Design Center í Malmö 17-19 október 2025. Listrænn stjórnandi hátíðarinnar, Marie Herzog, mun stýra umræðum með boðnum fulltrúum frá norrænum hagsmunasamtökum.

Saman munum við taka púls myndskreytingageirans og velta fyrir okkur framtíð hans. Við munum ræða hvernig samtök geta styrkt bæði geirann í heild sinni og félagsmenn sína — og hvers vegna það er mikilvægt að vera skipulagður. Umræðurnar fara fram á ensku.

Aðstandendur Illustrations Festival mun greiða ferðakostnað og gistingu dagana 17.–19. október.

The Illustrations Festival, which will take place at Inkonst in Malmö on Saturday, October 18 is looking for a representative from SÍM to take part in a panel discussion at the Form/Design Center in Malmö. The festival’s Artistic Director, Marie Herzog, will moderate a discussion with invited representatives from Nordic interest organizations.

Together, we’ll take the pulse of the illustration industry and reflect on its future. We’ll discuss how organizations can strengthen both the industry as a whole and their members — and why it’s important to be organized. The conversation will be held in English.

The Illustration Festival will cover travel and accommodation costs for October 17–19.
