Dear friends and colleagues,

I'm very happy to invite you to the launch of my new book, Imagine Visionary Animals (DISTANZ, Berlin), and the opening of my exhibition Here Are We at Origins Centre, Wits University, on Wednesday, 23 September at 3 pm.

Designed by Ariane Spanier, the book features texts by Dr. Tammy Hodgskiss Reynard, Dr. Alan Northover, Dr. Craniv Boyd, Jonatan Habib Engqvist, and me.

The afternoon will include a panel discussion with Dr. Craniv Boyd, Dr. Bettina Malcomess, and me, moderated by Ntshadi Mofokeng. This will be followed by a Q&A and the formal presentation of a site-responsive triptych, created for Imagine Visionary Animals and donated to Origins Centre. Refreshments will be served.

I look forward to celebrating the book and the opening of Here Are We, and I hope you can join us.
