• The current rental period is from June 1, 2021 - May 31, 2022.

• The building is on four floors and is divided into 50 studios as well as a common space

• The studios are from 10 m2 up to 57 m2 in size

• The largest studios have sinks.

• Included in the rent is electricity and heating, except in the case of energy-intensive appliances, for which you have to pay extra.

• The rent is included in the consumer price index.

• The rent must be paid in advance on the 1st of each month.
